Title:
NONBRAZEABLE SPECTACLE FRAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3368424
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to stably mount wraparound endpieces without shaking and without problems even with unbrazeable materials, such as aluminum alloys, by fitting projecting parts into the recessed parts of large endpieces, screwing the screws inserted from the rear side thereof into the threaded holes of the projecting parts, screwing the screws inserted from one side of small endpieces into the longitudinal direction threaded holes of projecting parts and tightening the screws.
SOLUTION: The projecting part 11 formed at the wraparound endpiece 9 fits into the recessed part 7 of the large endpiece 5 and the screw 15 inserted from the rear side of the large endpiece 5 is screwed and fixed into the threaded hole of the projecting part 11. Further, the screw 16 inserted from the rear surface of the small endpiece 6 is screwed into the threaded holes provided at the projecting part 11 of the wraparound endpiece 9 fitted into the recessed part 7. Not only the projecting part 11 is fitted into the recessed part 7 and is stopped by screwing from the rear side of the large endpiece 5 but also the screw 16 inserted from below the small endpiece 6 is screwed into the threaded hole of the projecting part 11, by which the wraparound endpiece 9 is stably mounted without shaking.
