Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a large fluctuation of torque and to protect a coupled part against damage by suppressing the fluctuation of acceleration and to enhance the accuracy of driving operation by preventing generation of vibration.
SOLUTION: At the time of driving a section for feeding a sheet to the printer of a single sheet printer, a set of noncircular gears provides the sheet feed section with an operation for feeding a sheet from a separator at a low speed and a good timing for a predetermined time interval while catching by means of a catching roller and a feed roller, and an operation for feeding the sheet at a lowest speed and such a timing as the sheet abuts on a front stopper for a predetermined time interval. A modified trapezoidal curve is employed as a basic movement curve based on the noncircular gear in order to suppress fluctuation of acceleration.
