Title:
NONCONTACT COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND NONCONTACT COMMUNICATION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009033517
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To remarkably shorten a communication time when using a plurality of antennas, and to efficiently perform communication processings with an RFID tag.
Two antennas 1A and 1B, disposed along the moving direction of a tag 5 in such a manner that their communication regions partly overlap, is made to transmit carrier waves which is synchronized between the antennas. Under this state, a command is transmitted from the antenna (for example, 1A) corresponding to the communication region (for example, 4A), where the tag 5 first enters, and a response signal from the tag 5 is decoded, by using signals received by both the antennas 1A and 1B that correspond to the command transmission.
