CONSTITUTION: A stationary equipment A sends a power supply use electromagnetic wave in which write data to a transponder and address information for write address designation are superimposed to the transponder and a transponder B sends back the write data and the address information for write address designation to the stationary equipment A, which collates the write data to the transponder and address information for write address designation with the write data and address information for write address designation sent back from the transponder to confirm whether or not the transmission is surely made from the stationary equipment A to the transponder.
