To provide convenience and comfortability by enabling the smooth take-in/out of a card by making an accommodated sleeve abut on an IC card system apparatus such as an automatic ticket gate without the need for taking out a conventional railway commutation ticket holder and an exclusive holder of a security card by forming a pocket for a noncontact type IC card at a sleeve of a jacket such as a suit.

There is prepared the pocket having a dimension which allows the entrance of the IC card at the rear of the outside or the inside of an opened sleeve shown in Fig.1 at the sleeve (vicinity of the rear side of a sleeve button) of the jacket such as the suit. At a pocket port, there is arranged a fastener for preventing the card from easily being jumped out or dropped down.
