Abstract:
To improve the measurement accuracy of a nondestructive measurement method.SOLUTION: The nondestructive measurement method includes: acquiring reference data in advance by destructive measurement; acquiring a measured data group by measuring the prescribed physical quantity of a measurement object by a nondestructive measurement device; acquiring a measurement distribution from the measured data group and applying a statistical process to the measurement distribution by performing fitting with a composite probability density distribution in which a plurality of probability density distributions are linearly stacked one on another; separating, on the basis of the reference data, a probability density distribution that corresponds to a signal data group from the plurality of probability density distributions included in the fitted composite probability density distribution; and acquiring the measurement result of the measurement object by the nondestructive measurement device, on the basis of the probability density distribution that corresponds to the separated signal data group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
