PURPOSE: To manufacture a nonflammable sheet of good surface strength, bonding properties of a surface resin layer with a fire-resistant sheet and of advantageous cost in which toxic gas is not feared to be generated by the decomposition of resin even when sparks generated by welding or fusion cutting, cigarette lights or the like are dropped.

CONSTITUTION: A nonflammable sheet is formed by laminating thermoplastic resin films not containing halogen through nonflammable bonded layers composed of a thermoplastic polymer not containing halogen and containing or not containing a softening agent of 100 pts.wt. and urea of 5-100 pts.wt. at least on one face of a fire-resistant sheet.
