Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame retardant resin composition improved in flame retardancy of processed products of the same better than that of conventional ones and excellent in safety to the environment.
SOLUTION: This nonhalogen flame retardant resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin, 50-300 pts.wt. metal hydroxide, 0.1-30 pts.wt. high polymeric dimethylpolysiloxane and 0.01-9 pts.wt. unsaturated functional group-containing polyorganopolysiloxane.
