Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain nonmagnetic ceramic and ceramic laminated parts having a low dielectric constant and satisfactory characteristics in a high frequency region, capable of firing at a low temp. at which a silver electrode can be used, capable of suppressing deformation and cracking of a chip at the time of sintering and a penetration of an electrolytic soln. and having a high mechani cal strength when the parts are used as ceramic laminated parts with inductor part.
SOLUTION: Nonmagnetic ceramic contg. 10-80wt.%, especially 30-70wt.% zinc silicate dispersed in 20-90wt.%, especially 30-70wt.% matrix of borosilicate glass contg. 70-90wt.% SiO2 and 10-30wt.% B2O3 is used for a ceramic layer.
