Abstract:
To provide a stable NRD guide having operating characteristics not affected by a temperature change, and to provide its applied element.
The NRD guide of a stable mode is provided without changing a characteristic value such as a cut-off frequency, by using a method for suppressing the change of a size due to a thermal variation to the minimum limit by using the low thermal expansion material for the dielectric material 11 of the NRD guide. Its applied element is also provided.
