This nonreciprocal circuit device (two-port type isolator) comprises: a ferrite magnet element 30 having ferrite 32 having first and second central electrodes arranged by intersecting each other in an electrically insulated state from each other, and formed by sandwiching the ferrite 32 between a pair of permanent magnets 41 applying a DC magnetic field to the ferrite 32; a substrate 20 on which the ferrite-magnet element 30 and matching circuit elements CS1, R are mounted; and a flat yoke 10. A first resin layer 50 made of a cured liquid resin is provided at bonding portions of the ferrite-magnet element 30 and the elements CS1, R to the substrate 20; and a second resin layer 60 made of a cured soft sheet-shaped resin adhered to a rear surface of the flat yoke 10 is provided around the ferrite-magnet element 30 and the elements CS1, R.
