To provide an inexpensive and small-sized nonreciprocal circuit element with less number of components.

The nonreciprocal circuit element includes: a first yoke 1 having an upper plate 1a; a second yoke 2 having a bottom flat plate 2a and configuring a magnetic closed circuit with the first yoke 1; a ferrite flat plate member 3 arranged between the upper plate 1a and the bottom plate 2a; and first, second and third center conductors 5, 6, 7 arranged in a way that part of the first, second and third center conductors 5, 6, 7 is in crossing in a vertical direction via a dielectric body 4. The dielectric body 4 and the first, second and third center conductors 5, 6, 7 are arranged at an upper face side or a lower face side of the ferrite member 3, a coil 9 to which a DC current is applied is arranged to the outer circumference of the ferrite member 3, and since the coil 9 produces a DC magnetic field to the ferrite member 3, magnets used for prior arts are not needed and the inexpensive and small-sized (low profile) nonreciprocal circuit element with less number of components can be provided.
