PURPOSE: To prevent the elasticity and flexibility of a top or back sheet from being obstructed and an elastic member from being detached by providing an adhesive area formed by many spiral adhesive agent groups on a leg peripheral part of the top or back sheet, and attaching the elastic member to the adhesive area.
CONSTITUTION: In a crotch lower area 12 of top and back sheets 6, 7, and a waist peripheral part 3 of front and rear areas 10, 11, a leg peripheral elastic member 4 is placed, an adhesive area 17 is formed by many spiral adhesive agent 17' groups, their axial direction is turned in the axial direction of the back sheet 7, and a first and a second elastic members 4A, 4B are fixed between each spiral part of each spiral adhesive agent 17' and on them, or in an embedded state. Even in the case the elastic member tries to move in the direction intersecting with the adhesive area 17, its movement is obstructed by the spiral adhesive agent 17' group. Also, a first and a second elastic members 4A, 4B are divided into the front half part and the rear half part of each recessed part 13, 14, and also, constituted of that which is like plural threads, therefore, it does not occur that contraction force of one of them is transferred directly to the other, and the displacement can be obstructed more effectively.
