Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to miniaturization and cost reduction by increasing the attenuation outside of a band so as to substantially reduce the generation of unwanted radiation.
SOLUTION: On the front surface of a spacer member for stably hold-fixing constituting parts to be arranged inside of an isolator, an inductance electrode 41 and a capacitor electrode 42a are constituted of continuous electrode patterns and a connection part 44a is formed at the tip part of the electrode 42a. Then on a rear surface, a capacitor 42b is formed at a position opposed to the electrode 42a, a connection electrode 43 is formed at a position corresponding to the tip part of the electrode 41, a connection electrode 44b is formed at a position corresponding to the part 44a of the electrode 42a, a connection part 45 is formed at a position, corresponding to the connecting part of the electrode 42b and the electrodes 41 and 42a, and the tip part of the electrode 41 and the electrode 43 and the part 44a and the electrode 44b are respectively connected through a through-hole.
