PURPOSE: To realize regular winding using a flyer without inter linking the wire on the circumferential surface of core by winding the wire along a previously wound wire on one side of the circumferential surface of core and abutting a blade just like a leaf spring against the side face core on the opposite side thereby preventing slippage of the wire at the time of turning the core.
CONSTITUTION: At first, a wire 3 is stretched across a notch 6 on side A of an end plate 4. A winding is then fed by turning a flyer and a core 1 is turned by turning a shuttle 2 thus stopping the wire 3 by means of a leaf spring like nonslip blade 5 when the wire 3 is present on the side B and winding the wire 3 to be overlapped along a previously wound wire 3 when the wire 3 is present on the side A. The wire 3 is sequentially wound in the order of 3-1, 3-1', 3-2, 3-2', 3-3, 3-3',... by turning the end plate 4. With such method, the wire 3 can be wound, while being regularly wound, around the core 1 using a flyer and the winding time is shortened along with the air gap length.
