Title:
NONUNIFORM THICKNESS DISK
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3758780
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a generating stress distribution including a hole peripheral edge by thickening a part, where a straight line tilted as far as the specified angle from another straight line passing the center of a fancy hole, looking in the axial center direction of this hole and connecting both centers of the fancy hole and a wheel and a plate in the vicinity of it.
SOLUTION: A designed surface part 1d is provided with plural pieces of parts 3b (four spots in each fancy hole) where a straight line tilted as far as 45 degrees from another straight line passing the center of each fancy hole 3 in the axial view of this fancy hole, and connecting the center of this hole and a center 4a of a wheel, intersects a peripheral edge of the fancy hole 3 and other parts. These intersected parts 3b and the vicinity are thickened in wall thickness more than other peripheral parts, forming them as a fancy hole thickened part. In the case where a hub mounting part 1a is set to 1, the fancy hole thickened part is in a range of 0.62 to 0.70, whereby board thickness in this part is formed thick next to the hub mounting part 1a. In addition, an increment of this fancy hole thickened part is desirable to be formed in the backside of the designed surface part 1d.
