To provide a nonvolatile memory device for randomizing and storing data, a program method and a reading method thereof, and a memory system including the same.
A program method of a nonvolatile memory device of the present invention comprises the steps of: programming a first page flag having information related to operability of a first page program during a first page program operation; and programming a second page flag having information related to operability of a second page program during a second page program operation. As described above, the nonvolatile memory device of the present invention randomizes and stores data, thereby improving data reliability. The nonvolatile memory device of the present invention also may reduce a reading error by determining operability of randomization in accordance with the operability of the page program during a read operation.
