To provide a nonwoven fabric not developing a swelling by water or moisture, hard and excellent in bending resistance and shape holding property not causing a dimensional change.
This nonwoven fabric is constituted by plural fibers having different melting points, of which spaces among the fibers are filled with a high polymer resin and at least one of the surface of which fabric is smoothed, and has 0.3-0.6g/cm3 apparent density. Also, it is constituted by plural composite fibers constituted by plural components having different melting points, of which spaces among the fibers are filled with a high polymer resin and at least one of the surfaces of which fabric is smoothed, and has 0.3-0.6g/cm3 apparent density. Also a bag substrate is constituted by such a nonwoven fabric and used at least one part of a member constituting the bag.
