To provide a nonwoven fabric that has excellent resilience, softness and bulkiness recovery, and preferably has a higher durability and new touch feelings, such as an elastic feeling and a spongy feeling of low repulsive (soft) polyurethane foam, which a conventional nonwoven fabric does not have, and to provide a cushioning material including the nonwoven fabric.
The nonwoven fabric includes a first solidly crimped fiber and a second solidly crimped fiber. The first solidly crimped fiber is a fiber having three-dimensional crimps. The second solidly crimped fiber is a fiber having coil form micro crimps. The crimp number of the first solidly crimped fiber is fewer than that of the second solidly crimped fiber. At least a part of surfaces of the first solidly crimped fibers, as a thermo-bonding component, thermally bonds at least a part of fibers mutually, while a component constituting the second solidly crimped fibers is not fused substantially.
