Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide nonwoven fabric for a filter good in filtering efficiency and having a long durable period.
CONSTITUTION: Unprocessed nonwoven fabrics 2, 2' are superposed one upon another and passed through the gap whose interval is 5-95% of the total thickness of two nonwoven fabrics between a pair of rolls 1, 1' of 50-150°C at a speed of 1-50m/min to be subjected to calendering processing and two processed nonwoven fabrics are peeled to produce nonwoven fabrics 3, 3' each gradually increased in filling ratio from one surface to the other surface and used as a filter.
