PURPOSE: To improve the dust collecting property and to facilitate process design by specifying the ratio of the amt. of a binder to be used for connecting the fibers used to the weight of the fibers.

CONSTITUTION: Plural fibers are connected with a binder to form the nonwoven fabric for a liq. filter. In this case, the amt. of the binder to be used is controlled to ≥20wt.% of the weight of fibers or more preferably to 30±5wt.%. Consequently, the nonwoven fabric for a fluid filter satisfying the oil permeability and dust collecting property is produced, and the nonwoven fabric for a fluid filter is easily designed.
