PURPOSE: To obtain the title nonwoven fabric having excellent modulus and skin tough and suitable for a tightening part of disposable diaper and clothing by laminating a fiber web on a specific nonwoven fabric while passing fibers of part of web through the nonwoven fabric and entangling the fibers.
CONSTITUTION: (B) A fiber web of cotton, rayon, etc., is laminated on the one side or both sides of (A) a nonwoven fabric such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric made of an endless continuous polyurethane based filament group and then a liquid such as water is jetted by high pressure stream using a jetting nozzle, preferably having 0.01-1.0mm hole diameter and part of a staple fiber group in the component B is passed through fibers of the composition A and further the components B are entangled each other to provide the aimed nonwoven fabric.
