This nonwoven fabric is constituted of a staple fiber having a sheath and core conjugated type structure consisting of a sheath component comprising a polyamide or a polyester, and a core component comprising a material modified by a polyalkylene oxide or a mixture of the modified material with the polyamide or the polyester, and regulated so that the proportion of the material modified by the polyalkylene oxide of the core component may be 5-30 wt.% based on the fiber weight, and has a prescribed shape by a three dimensional interlacing of the constituting fibers with each other.
