Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a nonwoven fabric laminated structure hard to get stuffy, excellent in heat-resistant durability, shape retainability and cushionability, thus optimal as a cushioning material, and to obtain products by using this structure.
CONSTITUTION: This nonwoven fabric laminated structure is obtained by monolithically jointing a virtually flat-surfaced nonwoven fabric having a three- dimensional structure composed of thermoadhesive conjugate short fibers made up of a thermoplastic elastomeric resin and a thermoplastic inelastic resin and having the contact parts fused monolithically due to the thermoplastic elastomeric resin, to one side of a monolithically fused netty form whose both surfaces are flattened virtually and which has a three-dimensional structure consisting of continuous conjugate multifilaments 100-100000 denier in single fiber fineness made up of a thermoplastic elastomeric resin and a thermoplastic inelastic resin. The objective products can be obtained by using this nonwoven fabric.
