Abstract:
To provide a binder, and a nonwoven web improved in adhering property for decreasing the formation of dust.
This improved binder includes a combination of a binder fiber containing a low melting substrates with an adhesion-imparting agent, and the low melting substrate is a low melting polymeric fiber or a low melting part of a bi-component fiber or both.
