PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling device for noodle lines having improved handleability and economical efficiency and capable of changing only a broken part when a part of convex parts is broken by changeably arranging many convex part materials in a row in an axial direction of cutting rolls.
SOLUTION: This noodle line peeling device has first cutting roll 1 having circular comb blades 3 arranged in an axial direction at a prescribed interval and second cutting roll 2 having circular comb blades 3 placed between the comb blades 3 on the first cutting roll 1 neighboring with each other in the direction of the axial direction at a prescribed interval in the axial direction. The device is provided in attached to a cutting device of noodle belt 15 cutting out plural noodle lines 16 by passing the broad noodle belt 15 between the first and second cutting rolls 1 and 2, and forcedly peel off the noodle lines 16 cut out by the cutting device from grooves 4 between the comb blades 3 adjacent with each other in the axial direction. Furthermore, top ends of the convex part materials are arranged at the grooves 4 of the cutting rolls 1 and 2. The convex part materials 22 made of a synthetic resin are independently and individually formed in each groove 4 and the many convex part materials 22 are changeably placed by arranging in a row in the axial direction of the cutting rolls 1 and 2.
