To provide a noodles flowing tool having a circulating water mill for enjoying the flowing noodles at the parties gathered with families and friends by feeding noodles from above the mill and circulating cold water or water added with spices.

The water channel which flows the fine noodles is returned to the original place and received by the water-tank through a noodles receiver and a filter, and the received water is again pumped up by a pump, which is provided at the entrance of the water channel, to the upper part and the lower part of the water mill wheel for flowing the fine noodles. And the feeding of the fine noodles are made by providing a pulley block at the position higher than the water mill wheel and by a belt which is fastened to the pulley and then through a hopper with a guide.
