Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notch filter whose characteristics can be easily and instinctively set, and which can effectively damp the resonance phenomenon of an object to be controlled, and to provide a control device and an industrial machinery.SOLUTION: The notch filter is designed to damp a part of gain characteristics of an object to be controlled. The notch filter is designed by using a filter parameter calculated on the basis of a first frequency in a specific frequency band of the object to be controlled, a first damping amount of the gain characteristics to be damped in the first frequency, a second frequency different from the first frequency in the specific frequency band, and a second damping amount of the gain characteristics to be damped in the second frequency.
