Abstract:
To provide a notch part blanking press method for a collar of an inflator where the working of cord grooves can be securely performed without generating burrs and chips in spite of its simple structure.
The notch part blanking press method for a collar of an inflator includes: a mounting stage where a mounting die provided at the upper part is mounted with a collar of an inflator; and a notching stage where cord grooves are notched by two parts with a slide die at the lower part projectingly provided with a notch part and sliding right and left.
