Abstract:
PURPOSE: To execute combing hair off by surely cutting hair while keeping the points of notched edge parallel to the blade at all times.
CONSTITUTION: A moving blade provided with a blade 2a and respective points (a) of notched edge 3a of notched single-edge thinning scissors 1 to be freely opened/closed around a pivot 4a by providing the notched edge 3a are worked in V and U shapes, and the points (a) are always made to parallelly touch the blade 2a. Thus the hair can be surely cut.
