Abstract:

PURPOSE:To carry out the production of a plurality of forms easily by inputting and memorizing the manuscript in which the fixed data such as lines or items and the like are written in a note forming device for carrying out any note production. CONSTITUTION:The manuscript (fixed format sheet 1) in which the fixed data such as lines or the items is memorized in the memory device 5 and further from the manuscript (data sheet 3) in which the variable data such as name of goods and amount are described only the written portions are extracted by the extracting device 7 and they are corrected into a predetermined size, then inserted into a predetermined size, then inserted into a predetermined portion on the fixed format to edit the image surface of the note. The note image surface is made to be facsimile signal by the facsimile device 9 and mounted on the output sheet.
