To arrange tag paper pasting parts in different pages of a notebook where tag paper in which the same content is described is pasted in the tag paper pasting part.

The notebook cover 10 includes a back protecting part 50 along the back of a notebook 20, a front cover protecting part 60 connected with the back protecting part 50 along a front cover 21, and a rear cover protecting part 70 along a rear cover 22. At an end side of at least one of the front cover protecting part 60 and the rear cover protecting part 70, there is provided a flat tag paper pasting part 62 which can be folded so as to face the inner paper 23 of the notebook 20 attached to the inside of the notebook cover 10 and can be pasted on a surface opposite to the surface at a side facing the inner paper 23 of the notebook 20 in a state of being folded. In the tag paper pasting part 62, a part of or the whole of parts facing the inner paper 23 of the attached notebook 20 is constituted to be transparent or translucent.
