To bring about merits of enabling summation and easy arrangement of important points mentioned in a notebook and easy search for an object page by providing a theme, a check item and a check space, to facilitate collation with other materials, in addition, by entering a page number in the lower part and besides to delight the eye and to take pleasure of writing in every time of the use by using a different pattern as a point for each page.

A point pattern 2 is put in a sheet 1 and a theme space 3, a check item space 4, the check space 5 and the page number 6 are provided therein. The point pattern 2 is made different for each page.
