To provide a notebook easily handing memorandum written on the notebook to each of a plurality of persons regardless of the number of persons or the content of the memorandum.

The notebook 10 is composed of main leaves 12, a front cover 14 and a rear cover 16. The main leaves 12 are constituted of carbonless inner paper sheets 1202 superimposed in a large number. The front cover 14 is formed in a rectangle having the same size as the main leaves 12. The rear cover 16 is composed of a first rear cover sheet 16A covering the rear face of the main leaves 12 and a second rear cover sheet 16c which is connected to the end side of the first rear cover sheet 16A through a bent portion 16B and which is inserted in the middle of the inner sheets, with the tip end reaching near a tear-off line. When the notebook is used, the second rear cover sheet 16c is inserted under the inner paper sheets 1202 in the same number of sheets to be distributed, while memo is written on the uppermost inner sheet 1202.
