To display information on a mobile body and response to the situation in which the displayed information is getting attention of a user.SOLUTION: A notification controller includes: a notification unit for notifying a user of guidance information on operations of a mobile body by a display unit and a voice control unit; an imaging unit; a gazing state detection unit for detecting a gazing state of a passenger in the mobile body to the display unit on the basis of an image taken by the imaging unit; and a notification control unit for performing notification adjusting processing to change the content of the guidance information or the state of notification on the basis of the gazing state detected by the gazing state detection unit when the display unit issues the guidance information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
