PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely notify a user of a useful recommendation information item after a predetermined time has elapsed from the current time.SOLUTION: A notification apparatus 1 comprises: an acquisition unit 121 for acquiring action history information including action information indicating an action of a user and time information indicating the time at which the action was performed; a calculation unit 122 for calculating usefulness of each of a plurality of recommendation information items to be recommended at the time when a predetermined time has elapsed from the current time on the basis of the action history information; a selection unit 123 for selecting the recommendation information item having relatively high usefulness; and a notification unit 124 for notifying the user of the selected recommendation information item.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
