A notification device includes wireless tag readers 6, 7 installed to communicate with wireless tags that store solid identification information, and a controller 3 connected with the wireless tag readers 6, 7 and a communication network 15 to transmit received solid identification information to the communication network 15 upon receiving the solid identification information from the wireless tag readers 6, 7.
