Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I [A is CH2CH2-(CH2)m, cis CH=CH-(CH2)m, S-(CH2)m (m is 1-6), etc.; R<1> is alkyl; R<2> is single bond, alkylene or alkenylene; R<3> is phenyl, phenoxy, phenylthio, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, naphthyl, indolyl, indanyl or amino; with the proviso that a compound shown by formula II is omitted]. EXAMPLE:9alpha,11alpha-Dimethylmethano-13-aza-14-oxo-16-(4-methoxyphen yl)-17,18,19,20- tetranor-11a-carbathromobo-5z-enoic acid. USE:A remedy for treating diseases caused by thromoboxane A2. PREPARATION:For example, an amine shown by formula III (R<1a> is alkyl) is reacted with an acid shown by formula IV or an isocyanate shown by formula V, optionally deprotected or saponified to give a compound shown by formula I.
