Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R1 is H, Cl, F or OCH3; R2 is H, CH3, cycloalkyl, phenetyl, etc.; R3 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenetyl, 2-methylthioethyl, etc.) and its pharmacologically permissible salt.
EXAMPLE: 1,2,3,4,5,6-Hexahydro-5-phenetyl-1-phenyl-2,5-benzodiazocine.
USE: An analgesic agent having mild activity.
PROCESS: The compound of formula III can be prepared, e.g. by reacting the compound of formula II with the acid chloride of formula R4COCl (R4 is alkyl, cycloalkyl, benzyl, etc.) in the presence of a reducing agent.
