Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:Adenosine derivatives of formula I (n is 1W19) and their acid adducts.
EXAMPLE: 2-(2-Aminoethylamino)-adenosine.
USE: Anticoagulant of blood platelet and coronary vasodilator.
PREPARATION: The reaction of 2-chloroadenosine of formula II (X is halogen) with an 1, ω-diaminoalkane of H2N(CH2)nNH2 is effected under heating preferably in a solvent such as alcohol at 50W150°C. When needed, the product is converted into the acid adduct.
