EXAMPLE: 3(syn)-( 3, 4-Didecyloxybenzoyl )amino-2(anti)-tetradecanoyloxycy clohexa-1(RS)-yl-O-sulfonic acid.
USE: Immunological competence activation agent. Antitumor agent.
PREPARATION: The compound of formula I can be produced by introducing a sulfo-group to the 4-hydroxyl group of the compound of formula VI (R1a is H or 1W4C alkoxy). The sulfo-introducing reaction is carried out with sulfur trioxide-pyridine complex in the presence of a tert-amine (e.g. pyridine) at -10W+60°C in a solvent such as THF or in the absence of solvent.
