EXAMPLE: 3-[[2-[(1-hydroxy-4-methoxy-7-oxo-2,6-dioxa-8-aza-1-phosphahexacosyl) oxy]phenyl]methyl]thiazolium, hydroxide, inner salt and P-oxide.
USE: PAF antagonist. Useful in the treatment of anaphylaxy and shock of septicemia.
