EXAMPLE: 3-[[2-[(1-hydroxy-4-methoxy-7-oxo-2,6-dioxa-8-aza-1-phosphahexacosyl) oxy]phenyl]methyl]thiazolium, hydroxide, inner salt and P-oxide.
USE: PAF antagonist. Useful in the treatment of anaphylaxy and shock of septicemia.
PREPARATION: For example, an alcohol of formula V is treated with a compound of formula VI and hydrolyzed, and the obtained compound of formula VII is reacted with a sulfide, phosphine or the like to obtain a compound of formula I as an inner salt.
