NEW MATERIAL:A bis-aziridinylbenzoquinone derivative of formula I (R' is H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkadienyl, cycloalkyl, aralkyl, aryl, or heterocyclic ring; R2 is formula II, H, halogen, OH, carboxyl, nitro, mercapto, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, aralkyl, acyl group, etc.; R3 is H, alkyl, or cyano group; m is an integer 0W10; n is 1 or 2).

EXAMPLE: 2, 5-Bis(1-aziridinyl)-3-(4-ethyl-2, 3-dioxo-1-piperazinyl)-1, 4-benzoquinone.

USE: Compounds having improved carcinostatic actions.

PROCESS: A compound of formula III is reacted with a compound of formula IV to give the objective compound of formula I.
