Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a composition containing a specific polyamide imide elastomer and a thermoplastic resin having reactive group, exhibiting excellent compatibility and capable of imparting durable and excellent antistaticity when compounded with various thermoplastic resins. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) a polyamide imide elastomer having a relative viscosity of >=1.5 (at 30 deg.C) and derived from (A1) caprolactam, (A2) a trivalent or tetravalent aromatic polycarboxylic acid capable of forming one or more imide rings, (A3) 30-85wt.% (based on the elastomer A) of polyoxyethylene glycol or a polyoxyalkylene glycol mixture containing polyoxyethylene glycol as main component and, as necessary, (A4) a 2-10C diamine and (B) a thermoplastic resin containing 0.1-30wt.% (preferably 0.5-20wt.%) of a reactive group (preferably COOH, oxazoline group, etc.) at a weight ratio (A:B) of 30:70 to 95:5.
