Abstract:
To provide imaging technology of animal living brain, and its application.SOLUTION: Radiolabeled dibenzoazepine derivatives that exhibit high brain transferability, high receptor selectivity and high quantitation are used for imaging animal organisum. Dibenzoazepine derivatives are used to treat diseases involving hM4D receptors or hM3D receptors. Radiolabeled dibenzoazepine derivatives are used for the imaging of axon terminus, which are the projection site of nerve cells.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
