NEW MATERIAL: A compd. represented by formula I [wherein R of RCO is an acyl containing a carbocyclic or heterocyclic aromatic ring; R1 and R2 are each H, an alkyl, an alkenyl, a cycloalkyl, a cycloalkylalkyl or combined to form a polyethine or an alkenylene; R3 is H, an alkyl or phenyl or combined with R1 to form (CH2)3-4; R4 and R5 are each H, OH, a halogen, an alkyl or an aryl (but are not H at the same time); and (p) is 1-4].
EXAMPLE: 1-(3,4-Dichlorophenyl)acetyl-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)methyl)methyl-3- methylpiperidine.
USE: An analgetic. This new material has diuretic activity and has possibility used in the treatment of symptoms of hyponatremia of a mammal.
PROCESS: A compd. represented by formula I (wherein R1' and R2' are R1 and R2 or groups convertible to R1 and R2) and a compd. represented by formula III (wherein R' is R or a group convertible to R) are reacted and, according to circumstances, R', R1' and R2' are converted to obtain the compd. represented by formula I.
