Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (A1 represents Pro or Ala) or salt thereof.
USE: A compound for measuring α1-antitrypsin, specifically reacting with trypsin or trypsin-like compound, capable of leading the reaction product to a proper colored material which is subjected to colorimetric analysis or fluorometric analysis, having excellent solubility in water and hardly affected by impurities.
PREPARATION: For example, an amono acid is arranged in a prescribed sequence to a compound expressed by formula II (Z represents benzyloxy carbonyl; CHA represents 3-carboxy-4-hydroxy anilide) by a peptide synthesis method.
