PURPOSE: To emit a sound wave by adhering a piezoelectric polymer film with an electrode electrically fixed to its opposite faces to a curved member having a non-voluminous surrounding section and impressing a sound frequency signal voltage on the piezoelectric film.
CONSTITUTION: A flag 110 is in close proximity to a flag-shaped piezoelectric polymer film 200, and the first and second electrodes 210 and 210' each made of a conductive material are arranged. Ornamental dielectric polymers 112 and 112' are respectively stuck on the electrodes 210 and 210'. A part of the electrodes 210 and 210' are coated with conductive adhesives 114 and 114', and the adhesives are electrically connected to the electrodes 210 and 210'. The flag 110 is curled when fixed to a rod 120 and has a non-voluminous surrounding shape with at least a part of the section of the flag curved. Consequently, when the flag is connected to an audio device for impressing a sound frequency signal voltage on the piezoelectric film, the film is vibrated and radiates a sound wave, and hence the flag functions as a speaker.
