To provide a novel filler for a filled bed capable of performing column operation for the filled bed at a high flow speed, reconciling high adsorbing capacity properties and high flow speed processing properties, increasing the amount of protein capable of being once purified for the purpose of the high adsorption capacity properties and capable of markedly increasing the refining speed.
