Abstract:
To obtain a chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer that exhibits oxygen-shielding performance, solubility in an organic solvent and moldability while retaining water vapor permeability.
The fluorine-containing copolymer comprises a chlorotrifluoroethylene monomer unit (A) and a monomer unit (B) and has a monomer unit (A) content of 3-99 mol%, a fluorine content of 15-75 mol% and a molecular weight of 1,000-1,000,000. The monomer unit (B) is a polymerized unit of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of CH2=CHCOON(R0)2, N-vinylcaprolactam, CH2=CR1CH2OCH2CR2=CH2, CH2=CHCH2CH(CH3)-R3 and methyl-2-fluoroacrylate.
